IBM FORWARD THINKER MODULE AND ENROLLMENT
Designed an adaptive profile module for integration across IBM’s internal employee pages and external-facing digital experiences, showcasing Forward Thinkers—IBM business leaders and subject-matter experts. The module offered flexibility in placement and page prominence while maintaining a consistent presentation of profile, job title, IBM contact information, social links, biography, and recent activity.
To support the discovery of these experts, a Forward Thinker enrollment workflow was developed within the internal IBMer Hub, enabling employees to submit their professional information and manage profile visibility across internal search, internal Q&A systems, and internal and external Forward Thinker profiles. Together, the modules and enrollment workflow supported the visibility and discovery of IBM’s forward-thinking leaders and experts across the IBM ecosystem.
